No. The person who does the voice over in Lexus ads is James Remar. He played Richard Wright, one of Samantha's lovers in Sex and the City. James Remar also plays Dexter's late dad in the series called Dexter which is on either Cinemax or Showtime. Richard Thomas does the voice over in Mercedes Benz ads.
