You would say "No me gusta." Note that this really means "(something) is not pleasing to me". The subject is whatever is not pleasing, and not the "you". For example, in "Me gustan los carros", the verb is plural, referring to the plural subject "cars". Literally, "The cars are pleasing to me", but it would be translated as "I like the cars".
