How do you put a tanpon in?

1) Lean back a little.

2) Gently slide the tampon into the vagina, keeping it pointing toward your lower back.

3) When your fingers touch your vulva, press the plunger, pushing the tampon farther into the vagina.

4) Remove applicator and dispose of it.
