What to wear with Cargo pants?

Since cargo pants are striictly casual wear a t-shirt with a short sleeve button down and flip flops for the "California I might go to the beach later" look. And if you actually are going to the beach wearing your bathing suit underneath might not be a bad idea. Or if your not by a beach or not in the mood just pair with a polo that goes and you'll be fine.
