My xr8 au 2 has jus started stalling when i dont pump the accelerator what would cause this?

Stalling when not pumping the accelerator could be caused by several issues, including a dirty or failing idle air control valve (IAC), fuel delivery problems such as a clogged fuel filter or failing fuel pump, or vacuum leaks in the intake system.
