How fast does a helix 150cc go kart?

I tested the speed of mine with a GPS. It goes about 25-33 mph on flat ground when brand new, and about 24-29 when 2 years old. Uphill, it goes about 2 mph less, and downhill, 3-10 mph more, depending on the slope.
