in England i would say Harvey nicks, selfridges or John Lewis- big fashional department stores. if you want to buy online then try the juicy website- only they have a few problems, they only sell to people who live in America for shipping reasons and many people have said they've tried to fob you off with endless excuses and you don't get the clothing for weeks on end..... that is only what a few people said so if you want to buy from there then you can- theres no one stopping you.
