What dose seeing someone mean?

based on my experience!I believe that in all relative terms if a male says that he is "seeing somebody" that means that he is with someone but it really isn't permanent and may be looking elsewhere. At the same time due to the way that some people hold there moral value it could be just that the person is just saying no or that they are no longer "available" for daiting.
