What type of fuel do motorbikes run on?

Most motorcycles run on Gasoline. 4 strokes take regular pump gas (unless otherwise specified) and 2 strokes typically run on a mix of pump gas and 2 stroke oil. Road bikes are typically 4 stroke and dirt bikes are typically 2 stroke, but there are exceptions.

There are some rare diesel motor cycles, but I'm sure you'd know if you had one.
