Athena was Goddess of war.
In Rome, he is know as Mars. (and the planets were named after the gods not the other way around.) Though there is a goddess of war in Egyptian mythology. Her name is Sekhmet, usually found as a cat/human, or otherwise just a cat. When I say cat/human I mean the head of a cat and the body of a human, or to be specific, a woman. Then there is also Siva or Shiva, also a war deity. Although he is not a goddess, but a god, an Indian one (not native American, the original Indians, from India.) Anyway, it all depends on which mythology, religion, culture, or philosophy in which you are referring to.
