How cheat to become Spider-Man in Grand Theft Auto vice city?

There is no cheat to make yourself a SpiderMan or something other in GTA Vice City. However, you can download SpiderMan skin and use it while playing. This will not give you SpiderMan's abilities but it will make you look like it.
