When didSeven Wonders of the World exist?

The original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World existed during classical antiquity, with most of them being built between the 3rd century BCE and the 2nd century CE. The wonders included remarkable constructions like the Great Pyramid of Giza, which is the only one still standing today. The list was compiled by ancient Greek scholars and included wonders such as the Hanging Gardens of Babylon and the Statue of Zeus at Olympia, which no longer exist. The concept of "Seven Wonders" has since been expanded to include various modern iterations, such as the New Seven Wonders of the World, announced in 2007.
