What is the pass?

The P.A.S.S. is a sequenized test assessment. This test modifies and tests a students skill level based on their accurization. This here by tells students their accuracy and skill level (grade level). If a student fails this test then they shall have to repeat a grade. But if they pass then they shall rise with their other students.
