How old do you have to be to work at the Mall of America?

Depends on your state's local employment laws. Most stores in shopping centers will not employe people younger than 16 as you generally need a valid drivers license and standard (reliable) mode of transportation. Some stores have policies that will not allow them to hire anyone younger than 18. Too many variables come in to play to give a definite answer but a ballpark number would be 16+. Check your local listings.
