Why do so many people still call workers' compensation workman's compensation -- the change was made almost a generation ago?

Why do I call a refrigerator an ice box? It's just habit, I'm not even close to old enough to have ever had an ice box, but grew up with it being called that, and it has stuck. Hard to change terminolgy some times. And I too (some times) refer to it as 'workers comp'.......sorry...... :)
