Birth Control pills should not be taken by males because they are not intended for them. Birth control pills are for females only because they contain estrogen and progesterone; two hormones that protect females from pregnancy. These hormones are not effective in a males body. You may or may not experience some side effects such as nausea or upset stomach. If you want to ensure that you do not impregnate a female you should consider using condoms as a method to avoid pregnancy.
