Why would 1volt 12amps have a stronger magnetic field than 12volts 1amp please explain?

All magnetic fields are caused by the movement of electrons. No moving electrons = no magnetic field.

And if we have many electrons moving, then the magnetic field will accordingly be greater. 12 amp has 12 times the number of electrons flowing as does 1 amp.
