The corruption of a minor is a serious offense in any state. In Ohio the corruption of a minor is considered a class four felony in the majority of cases. If the age difference is less then four years between the adult and the minor then it is a class one misdemeanor, It is a class three felony if the age difference is more then ten years. If it is a repeat offense it is considered a class 2 felony.
