Where is the fuse box in a 2003 Chevy Express 2500?

In a 2003 Chevy Express 2500, the fuse box is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find it to the left of the steering column, near the brake pedal. There is also a second fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery.
