I have a 2006 Toyota Camry LE. It has a rear DRUM brake. It was very hard to get off. You have to hit the drum with a hammer several time while wiggling the drum cover to get it loosen up to come off. Once you have it off put a small amount of grease just at the edge of the center cap-next time it'll be a little easier to get off. The drum pad is held together be some springs and pin. Just take it off carefully and you're there. Hope that helps.

I have also heard of rear disc brake on some camry-that's easier. The calipher is held on by 2 bolts behind the calipher-just loosen it up and take it off. Slide the caipher up and away from the rotor. Then the pad are easily accessable.
