Since its founding in 1993, PARDS has assisted Immigration attorneys and applicants for asylum, withholding of removal, relief under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), suspension of deportation, and cancellation of Removal to discern the meritorious nature of their claims, and document the authenticity of those found to have merit by country-specific experts. PARDS is a supplement to, not a substitute for, a competent, diligent and honest immigration attorney.
