Frank G. Clement (born June 2, 1920 in Dickson, Tennessee; died November 4, 1969 in Nashville, Tennessee) succeeded Gordon Browning as the forty-sixth Governor of Tennesee, serving between January 15, 1953 and January 19, 1959, including the whole of 1956.
