There is no Bible verse which forbids consumption of caffeine.

Seventh-day Adventists believe that our bodies are the temple of God and are to be kept and used for His service. We therefore have a responsibility to keep our bodies healthy. That means eating and acting in ways that are healthy - lots of vegetables and exercise - and avoiding food and actions which are unhealthy. In this latter class come meat, non-medical drugs of all sorts, and unhealthy life-styles.

Adventists recognise that it is not always possible to follow ideal practices: if you lived at the North Pole, for example, it might be difficult to follow a vegetarian diet, in which case the most healthy option would be to eat meat. If you were stuck in a desert and the only liquid available was coffee or wine, then the most healthy option would be to drink them. For Western people in normal circumstances, however, a vegetarian diet is strongly recommended, smoking, alcohol and other drugs such as cannabis and cocaine are forbidden, and drugs such as caffeine are discouraged.
