Why would a dog suddenly stop and fall over and after a couple minutes he will get up and be ok?

If the dog has epilepsy, perhaps... The question sounds like it was asked by a 2-year old and my level of respect for people who choose to remain uneducated is very low, so I won't go into any more detail as to why your dog would collapse. Perhaps it's because your language skills made it insane.
