Replacement parts for Pronex Traction unit by Empi Inc?

Please tell me where I can return my Pronex Traction unit by Empi Inc. that has a frozen valve and needs repair. I have tried to contact Empi Inc for almost a month via telephone, e-mail, contacting original clinic for representative help, etc. with no satisfactory results in reaching anyone. My Doctor has told me to use it daily due to my degeneration in my neck daily; however, it's been almost a month since it quit working. HELP!!!
