Yes.
Werewolves suffer the ravages of time as much as their human host does.
Vampires are capable of indefinitely avoiding such.

Now there is a similarity. The host of a werewolf will notice a vast improvement in health and abilities as his condition matures - however this will deteriorate as time marches on.
A vampire can (in the more fortunate cases) restore his health all the way to his youth although his condition will deteriorate if he cannot fed often. There is no time dependence on his restorative abilities.
