How do you remove the headlight assembly on a 1997 Bonneville if it still won't budge after taking out 2 10mm bolts the manual says to remove?

After removing the 2 bolts...remove the side marker light as well, then slide the headlight assembly toward the fender(about 1") then pull towards you, to release it from the frame. It should pop right out on top of you.
