How do you know if a guy is asking you out on a dare?

If hes giggling hes not serious! LOL LOL LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! stupid guy ^^^

if they just pop out the question at random, then its a dare....but if you've known this guy for a long time, and you're having a casual converstaion and you know that they like you and you like them, then hes probably asking you out proper....but it depends, if lots of people know, then it MIGHT be a dare

when he asks you out, you could say:

"yes"

then if he goes

"it was a dare"

then jus say

"i knew that, i was just wondering what your reaction would be like"

or something like tht
