What was the first female same-sex marriage?

It happened just after midnight on April 1, 2001 in the Amsterdam City Hall in the Netherlands. The mayor of Amsterdam married a female couple, Anne-Marie Thus and Helene Faasen, and three male couples. It was broadcast live on Dutch television.
