How does the electronic pencil sharpener work?

A pencil sharpener works when the blade touches the pencil when ever it turns, to get sharpened.
An electric one has a button that activates the motor of it, that spins a blade that is shaped in a cone so when the pencil enters the machine, the blade will sharpen it to the shape of the blade.
