Do harpy Eagles died in the deforestation?

Harpy Eagles would, like all the creatures suddenly finding themselves in an area of deforestation, move away. But, eventually, as human population encroaches further into the rainforest, so the areas the wildlife can move away into gets smaller. Provided the Harpy's can still find nesting sites, and prey to eat, they will, hopefully, survive.
