Did the reparations assessment group ever win?

The Reparations Assessment Group (RAG) was established to research and develop a comprehensive policy proposal for reparations to African Americans. As of now, no formal decision or action has been taken on their recommendations, so they have not "won" in the sense of achieving their goals.
