The Mayor of Fairfield, California as of July 2015 is Harry T. Price. He has not been very public about his religious beliefs so I cannot say definitively that he is or isn't a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church). I will say that after reading his biography and seeing his facebook page, it is unlikely that he is a Mormon. You will have to request more information from him in order to be certain.
