Can you legally buy an AR 15 in the state of Iowa?

A quick reading of the Ohio gun law discloses NO specific prohibition by either manuracturer or type. This refers, of course, to the civilian version of the firearm, NOT the fully-automatic-capable military version, for which a federal license is required.
