Being reconciled with God starts by getting to know what He has in stock for mankind, what are His requirements, because God's purpose has always been that we live forever on earth in perfect conditions. Genesis 2: 15-17 shows that is what was offered to Adam and Eve.

Psalm 37: 29 reads " The righteous will posses the earth , and they will live forever on it"

2 Corinthian 5: 20 shows that the reconciliation is possible through Christ. And Christ came on earth to show us the way. John 3: 36 reads. " The one who exercises faith in the Son has everlasting life; the one who disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.

However 1 Timothy 2: 4,5 reads. "Whose will ( God's will ) is that all sorts of people should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, a man, Christ Jesus.
