What does this Malayalam sentence ennittum nee AA 1 percent ne veruthe vidunnillallo mean in English?

This seems to me a fragment of a bigger dialogue. The tone is more on the accusative side. In the part of the sentence that has been omitted here, a few points seem to have been made in favour of leaving somebody/something (that constitutes a 1% share of the whole) alone.

So it translates to "....(points in favour)...but inspite of these points, you still do not leave that 1% (probably about people) alone."
