Not per se, although Wittgenstein drew on Kierkegaard and his own thinking on certainty to articulate what is now known as Wittgensteinian fideism: a loose approach to interpreting religious language.

Wittgenstein's most 'existential' remarks can probably be found in Culture & Value.
