How do you get the notebook at the statue of liberty on Time Tangled Island?

Climb to the very top left of the scaffold around the Statue. Jump hard to the left and you can reach the building ledge. *The notebook is for Leonardo DaVinci at 1516 AD (4 o'clock on the time device).
