In sly 3 honor among thieves what do you do to get mega jump?

In Sly 3, you do not get Mega Jump. Mega Jump is used when using carmelita in story mode. However, on the two player mode where Carmelita is trying to catch Sly, you can pick up a power up for Mega Jump while using Sly.
