Most humans have tension and frustration in their lives, but some people are chameleons and can display they are happy regardless of life events while a few truly are happy and see a more upbeat side of life which can be construed by others as simply hiding their head in the sand like a ostrich which is not always true. Some individuals may have more problems than others without a break and often become depressed and feel there is no solution to their problem(s) and therefore see the world in a dark light; while other people may have problems, but get a breather in between and that gives them the strength to either continue to see the world in a dark light or be happy for the happier times in their lives. It depends on the individual.
