Is it rude for women to sit with their legs open?

It is not inappropriate unless your in a swimsuit or in a skirt or dress,It is very attractive and its comfortable,usually tomboys sit like that to prove that they are boyish and like sports,im a man and i think its nice when a women sits with their legs opened,because it gives me a sign that they aren't to girly.
