What are advantages and disadvantages of commonwealth?

ADVANTAGES -

Commonwealth games have made India proud because many players have come to India from far away places and of crose they settled here.Tere is no objection (shak) that they like indian culture very much.

DISADVANTAGES -

From my point of view there are no disadvantage.
