How do you get more rocks on ACWW?

I'm guessing you've been to/seen someone's town and there were lots of rocks in the town, am I right?

Well, chances are this person hacked their game. This basically means you change it so it's exactly how you want it to be. If you want lots of rocks in your town you would have to hack your game, and there are instructional videos on YouTube that show how to do this. Just search "How to hack Animal Crossing city folk".
