Is Samuel Lawrence furniture good quality?

Maybe Samuel Lawrance furniture is unique, but definitely not durable and dont last. My furniture came in damaged, and nobody in Samuel Lawrance is capable to help me out with the issue. No communication, they dont care about customers. So disappointed.
