How do you defrost in a sharp carousel microwave?

Keep the microwave door open. Notice the number codes for what you want to defrost on the sticker (normally covered by the door when the door is closed). With the door open, press the defrost button, followed by the number for the food description you are thawing. With the door still open, press the weight in lbs of the food being defrosted with the number pad, press start. Close the door and press start again. Thawing will automatically start immediately.
