How many ghost visited Scrooge?

There were four ghosts that visited Scrooge.

The first ghost to come was the ghost of Scrooge's business partner, Jacob Marley. He was followed by three others, the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet To Come (a.k.a Future).
