theres TWO sensors the one I changed was the UPDRAUGHT O2 sensor located at the top of the catalytic-converter, first obtain a replacement O2 sensor ask for the ORIGINAL type to save the idiotically expensive later model pin size connector/converter...ok so remove the air-filter front , two clips at top then take out the filter element, feel UNDER the remaining metal bracket holding the air-filter body for TWO 13 millimeter bolts carefully remove these and the box is loose...then look over the back of the engine to see the updraught O2 sensor, disconnect the cable you have to lift a plastic "retaining tab" to get the plug off...then clip off the wires to the OLD duff sensor, using a small hammer (yes!) tap the top of the OLD sensor and it will break off..discard the debris, then you are ABLE to get a Snap-On 23 millimeter end to remove the Old O2 sensor, Screw in the New O2 Sensor try NOT to touch the actual sensor head /bulb, screw in by hand FIRST, then tighten gently like a spark-plug, reconnect the plug, which will ONLY go ONE way , be sure the wires are secured to the press fit holder to avoid wires burning on the HOT!! muffler pipes. THEN look in the MAIN fuse box behind the battery, open lid see a >YELLOW (30 Ampere) fuse pull it out, WAIT for 30 seconds, this will clear the fault from the ECM /computer, replace, re-assemble the air filter assembly...start the engine it may run odd for a while till the ECM sets itself up again ...after a few miles ..done!
