Where is meca found?

Meca, also known as Mecca, is located in Saudi Arabia. It is situated in the Hejaz region, approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles) inland from the Red Sea coast. Mecca is the holiest city in Islam, home to the Kaaba in the Masjid al-Haram, which Muslims face during prayers and where millions gather for the Hajj pilgrimage each year.
