What must be done for users on the network to communicate with the rest of the world through the internet?

There are several different means of communication in which you can use on a business network to contact other people.

WHEN WANTING TO DO FACE CHAT FOR CONFERENCES:

-FaceTime from Apple is great for any Apple appliances. It can be applied to Mac computers free via download and installation. Then simply register each employee individually and if they have an iphone or ipad or even iTouch with some sort of connection to the internet, they can use their employee profile to do so. It works internationally and across the world. No extra cost for long distance and out of country.

WHEN WANTING TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH CHAT:

-There are several free Chat sites that you can sign your company up to allow customers or access in general to other people who have the same chat setting.
