Lots of foods naturally have glutumate present in them. Some especially rich sources that are often prized in cooking to impart lovely savoury/meaty flavours include mushrooms, seaweed, parmesan cheese, tomtatoes, anchovies, oysters, sweet potatoes and even carrots.
